Only the client may repost the finished commission to any platform with credit.

Only the client may give permission to friends/trusted individuals to repost the finished commission to any platform with credit.

The client may edit the finished commission.

Only those the client gives permission to may edit the finished commission.

If the commission is a sketch, the client may commission another artist to line, color, and shade the finished commissioned sketch.

If the commission is a sketch, the client themselves may line, color, and shade the finished commissioned sketch.

If the commission is a sketch, the client may commission me to line, color, and shade the finished commissioned sketch at a discount.

I have the right to deny a commission.

I have the right to cancel a commission.

The client has the right to cancel a commission.

Once a commission is completed and paid in full, the client may do as they wish within my T.O.S.

My art is not to be used in "training" "Artificial Intelligence" programs or algorithms. This goes even for if you've paid for a piece to be made.

If you've commissioned a sketch from me, you may not use an "Artificial Intelligence" program to "complete" that sketch. Outlined in my client privileges, a client may only go to another artist, finish the sketch themselves, or come to me for a discounted completion of the sketch.

I will not accept a commission containing the following:
1. Sexism
2. Racism
3. Transphobia
4. Hatespeech
5. Xenophobia
6. Nazi imagery or propaganda
7. . . .

My art cannot be edited to support any of the above. If I find a client has edited my work to support the above they will be blacklisted.

I will not accept a commission containing the following based on comfort or skill:
1. NSFW
2. Avian species (Birds)
3. Humans/Humanoids
4. Complex Robots/Machinery
5. Vehicles
6. Lagomorphs (Rabbits, hares, ect)
7. Animation
8. . . .

For commissions below or at $75 USD, payment is due in full upon sketch confirmation.

For commissions above $75 USD, payment is due half after sketch confirmation and half before I release the final piece to the client.

I will not continue working until I've received the required payment.

Mixed payment methods are available.

Lowest I will go for mixed payment is 25% of the full price of the commission.

Mixed payment can include art, characters, games, or game currencies.

Payment is through PayPal only using Goods and Services.

I cannot afford to offer refunds currently. This may change in the future.

The client must tell me if they want their finished commission posted or not. Otherwise I will default to not posting. I know this isn't common with other artists, but I would rather be asked to post it than asked to not post it.

The client must provide the @ of the site they're on for proper credit, unless contact has been made on that site and I already have the client's @.

Most communication will be during the sketching phase. This is the most hands-on part of my process, as everything else after is straightforward from there.

Once the sketch has been confirmed, I will no longer do edits. Sketch confirmation is when I ask if it's good to move on to linework.

There is no limit for edits to a sketch, but I will require a small fee if an entirely new sketch is requested.

My work hours are 10:30 AM CDT to 4:30PM CDT, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Communication with clients I am actively working with will be during those times only.

Communication with potential clients can be done any time.

Before I begin work on your commission, I need all relevant references that I ask for. Please have on hand your character's most recent reference sheet and note any and all details that would need to be changed if the reference sheet is not up to date.

If I am making a custom for you, please have on hand all references you want me to use and all color swatches you want me to either use or experiment with.

If I am making a reference sheet for you, I need poses and expressions for the character, as well as the detail or details you want emphasized depending on the reference sheet type.

I do not have a public blacklist, I don't believe in public blacklists unless the person has affected multiple people, but I do have individual people I will refuse commissions from.

I work on a first come, first serve basis.

I only have one slot open at a time, but I can line up people to work on next in a queue. The number of slots open may change in the future.

As stated before, the most hands-on part of the process will be during the sketch phase. Lineart, color, and shading is all straight forward from there and requires little input.

During later stages of work, you can request a WIP any time.

Sketch Confirmation happens before I move on to linework. I will ask in some form if the sketch is good to continue to lineart. Upon confirming the sketch, I require payment.

As stated before: I will not continue with a commission after Sketch Confirmation until a payment is made.

As stated before: I will not release the final completed commission until the commission has been fully paid for.
